Welcome to the Housing Portal!
The housing portal is your gateway to all things on-campus housing related including your housing application, service requests, residency verifications, room changes, other housing forms, residence life student employment, and much more! Additionally, off-campus or commuter students looking to purchase a community meal plan may also do so through the portal.
Vandal NetID Required
Access to the housing portal requires an active NetID and password. If you have not set up your Vandal account, you will need to do so before attempting to login. You can set up your account at vandalsetup.uidaho.edu. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset your password.
If you recently created your NetID and are unable to login, your credentials may not have been processed by our housing system yet and may take up to 24 hours to update. If it has been more than 24 hours and you are still unable to login, please contact our office for assistance.
Faculty and Staff: In order to access the apartment housing application please email apartments@uidaho.edu with the following information: First & Last Name, Gender, Birthdate, Vandal ID Number, UI Department, and UI Email Address. You MUST have had your Vandal ID Number and University email issued to you prior to requesting access. Once we receive that information we will create an account and send instructions.
